Difficult day today. Only written 800 words and they aren’t moving the story on. I have got to a certain, dramatic point and now need something else, dramatic, to happen. Realistically, a few days need to pass within the story. So I need to find a way to transition between now and then. But, before I do, a few other things need to get wrapped up first.

Well, if this was easy, we would all be writing novels all the time, wouldn’t we?

That is what is says, on the NaNoWriMo site. I have caught up. I am on target. Yippeeee.

I wrote another 3,226 words today. I was in “the zone”. My brain is frazzled and my fingers are sore. Now, it’s time for a big glass of wine and some TV watching.
